Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Efficient Sloth Marketing values transparency and customer satisfaction. Our money-back guarantee is designed to provide peace of mind to our clients. The following terms and conditions exclusively govern the money-back guarantee policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1. To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, clients must have entered into a signed contract with Efficient Sloth Marketing outlining the agreed-upon results.

1.2. The guarantee applies only after six (6) months of active collaboration and payment for services.

1.3. Clients must adhere to all obligations outlined in the signed contract, including but not limited to:

Providing necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner within five (5) business days.

Responding to requests for feedback or action within five (5) business days.

  1. Qualifying Criteria

2.1. The money-back guarantee covers the refund of the initial investment made in our services. However, advertising spend and third-party costs are excluded and non-refundable.

2.2. If after six (6) months of service, Efficient Sloth Marketing has not generated at least 2x the client’s initial investment, the client may request a full refund of that investment.

2.3. Revenue earned and retained by Efficient Sloth Marketing under a revenue-sharing model, as agreed with the client, is not refundable. For example, if a revenue share of 40/60 is agreed upon, Efficient Sloth Marketing’s share of the generated revenue is non-refundable, regardless of the client’s refund request.

  1. Exclusions

3.1. The money-back guarantee does not apply in cases where:

The client fails to fulfill their contractual obligations.

Delays or failures result from the client’s inaction or lack of cooperation.

External factors beyond the control of Efficient Sloth Marketing, such as changes in market conditions or third-party interference, impact results.

3.2. The refund policy does not cover advertising spend, third-party costs, or revenue earned under the revenue-sharing model.

  1. Refund Process

4.1. Clients must submit a written request for a refund to Efficient Sloth Marketing within fourteen (14) calendar days after the end of the six-month service period.

4.2. Refund requests must include:

The client’s name and contact details.

A copy of the signed contract.

Evidence of adherence to all contractual obligations.

4.3. Efficient Sloth Marketing will review the refund request and respond within thirty (30) calendar days. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued within fourteen (14) calendar days of approval.

  1. Amendments to the Money-Back Guarantee

5.1. Efficient Sloth Marketing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
